Counseling Center

The Yamhill-Carlton High School Counseling Program’s mission is to educate all students in academic, career, and personal/social development in collaborative partnership with parents/guardians, school personnel, and community members. Yamhill-Carlton High School will provide a safe, positive environment for students to develop life-long learning skills, good citizenship, respect for self and others, and enthusiasm for achieving their highest  creative and academic potential.

"As student advocates, the counseling department assists each student in acquiring the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to become effective, lifelong partners and responsible citizens. We believe collaborating with students, parents/guardians, school staff and community members is essential for the success of our program"
